Flexibility is our priority, so all our programmes can be delivered on Zoom or in-person, at times suitable for you.

Our short workshops are led by our certified experts, providing your team everything they need to take better care of their own physical and mental wellbeing. We also provide the option for 1-1 coaching with any of our experts for a more individualised and confidential approach.

Overcoming the ‘imposter monster’

Impostor syndrome, also known as impostor phenomenon or impostorism, is a psychological occurrence in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and live in fear of being exposed as a fraud. Despite external evidence of their competence, those experiencing this phenomenon attribute their success to luck or others falsely believing they are more capable than they are.

Imposter syndrome is associated with stress, anxiety and depression and can hold people back in their careers. This 1-hour workshop will help participants challenge their irrational beliefs and help them to internalise their success. 1-1 sessions can also be offered to Managers and CEO’s.

  • Introduction to Mindfulness

    An ever-growing body of empirical evidence shows that a regular mindfulness-based stress reduction practice can change our brains on a physiological level. Among many other benefits, meditating has been proven to help us self-regulate our mood and thoughts, build greater resilience; increase productivity; and anxiety. It’s a powerful and sustainable solution to the stress-reaction cycle we so often see in the workplace.

    Our Introduction to Mindfulness workshop will teach your team the fundamentals of mindfulness and how to develop their own practice. Combining effective meditation exercises with science-based theory, participants will leave deeper understanding of this powerful practice and practical tools to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.

  • Stress Management

    Work-related stress and mental illness accounts for over half of work absences, costing British businesses an estimated £26 billion each year. Studies have also found that 460,000 people each year transition to sickness and disability benefits, which equates to £9 billion each year in employer costs.

    This 1-hour stress management workshop will equip your employees with the skills they need to identify the physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms of stress in themselves and others. Participants will be taught a range of strategies and techniques to manage and reduce stress levels, including; Type A modification, relaxation, lifestyle management, biofeedback and stress mapping.

  • Wellness Lunches

    Proper nutrition is a key player when it comes to employee performance. If their bodies and brains aren’t receiving the right fuel, performance levels, memory, motivation, and focus can rapidly decline. In our wellness lunches, we bring your team together for a delicious, brain-boosting lunch prepared by our qualified nutritionist. Participants will learn how to fuel their bodies optimally, as well as how to prepare and cook their food to retain as much nutritional value as possible.

  • Assertiveness & Communication

    Strong team communication skills is one of the key signs of a healthy workforce and office culture, and is paramount for employee satisfaction and company growth. This 1-hour interactive workshop gives your team the opportunity to practice their assertion and communication skills, step by step.

    We’ll cover strategies such as how to assert negative feelings; using the fogging technique to deal with manipulation and aggression; coming to healthy compromises; setting clear boundaries; how to give constructive feedback; and how to deal with negative feedback.

  • Procrastination Prevention

    According to RateSetter study, British businesses lose £76 billion each year due to employee procrastination. This 1-hour workshop will teach employees the 6 main types of procrastination and key cognitive behaviors and emotions that lead to it.

    The psychologist will employ a cognitive-behavioral model to help enhance employee motivation and help them overcome their own procrastination, providing teammates with simple strategies for improved performance.

  • Desk Doctor Postural Correction

    According to Cornell University Department of Ergonomics, up to 90% more pressure is put on the spine when sitting versus standing.

    Sitting at a desk for 8+ hours every day can have detrimental effects on the health of your employees, and is a major cause of back and neck pain and other physical imbalances.

    In this workshop, participants will learn some common postural imbalances caused by sitting, and the most effective spine and neck exercises to strengthen and release tension.

    In this workshop, participants will learn from a qualified sleep specialist about the vital role that sleep plays towards our health, how to practice good sleep hygiene, and strategies to help them overcome insomnia.
